No in-depth technical experience is required on your part. Click
here for more information. Web sites are proof-read by our medical secretary. Up to
5000 words and up to ten images can be used across your web site. Not all ten pages have
to used at once, and you can add the rest of the ten pages whenever you want. Web site
statistics are also available to see how many web site visitors you receive.

| MIA Quality Standards |
| Your web site is checked for conformance to the MIA Quality Standards. These standards aim to ensure that visitors
to your web site are presented with reliable information, which conforms to good medical
practice guidelines. Medical consultants are advised of any possible issues with guideline

| Web Site Updates |
| To keep the content of your web site up-to-date, the Medical Consultant Web Package includes four updates per year to your
existing web pages. |

| The Medical Consultant Web Package
includes hosting for your web site, on reliable servers. Your hosting will provide email
facilities and web space for your web site. |
| Domain Name Registration |
| The Medical Consultant Web Package
includes a domain name of your choice (yourname.co.uk, subject to availability) to enhance
your web presence. This is renewed on your behalf for as long as you are with MIA. |
| Unlimited Email |
| You can have as many email addresses as you would like under
your domain name, which can be used for your staff and services (e.g. info@yourname.co.uk
etc.). |
| Email Virus Scanning |
| All emails to the domain name supplied as part of this
package are scanned for viruses. Email viruses have increased markedly over the last
couple of years, and have the potential of disrupting or damaging information stored on
PCs. By having all incoming email scanned for known email viruses, you can be assured that
the risk of receiving a virus is minimised. |
| Increase Web Site Visibility |
| Your new web site is submitted to the major search engines
every month, aiming to increase the visibility of your web site. The web site is also
registered with major online directories and medical directories. Your web site is created
to rank favourably with the main search engines. |
| Inclusive ISP Dial-in |
| To surf on the Internet, a connection to the Internet is
needed, usally via a PC. If you do not currently have access to the Internet, or wish to
change your service provider, you can use MIA Dial, our own ISP which is available for
both modem and 64/128kbs ISDN connections (local call charges apply). |
